Music Lesson Information
Getting Started: All classes are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. TADA has open registration and will be happy to begin lessons mid-semester (pending schedule availability). If you begin mid-month, your tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
Membership Fee: A membership fee of $50 per family is non-refundable and due at time of registration. This fee is paid annually per academic year.
Lesson Fees: Lessons are $28 per lesson for weekly 30-minute sessions. Tuition is rn on the 1st of each month for the number of session that month. Lessons are individual, private lessons, therefore no discounts apply.
Payment: Your appointment is continual and you will be charged monthly unless TADA is notified in advance of absences. Payment is due on the first of each month. Payments are made through TADA's Auto Pay Service, where monthly tuition is automatically deducted from your account on the first of each month va credit card or bank draft. Your records are kept in a private, high-security vault.
Performance Opportunities: TADA has 2 performance opportunities for students each year, a Winter Concert in December and a Spring Concert in May.
Student Absences: No refunds are given for a missed lesson. Tuition reserves a student's lesson time each week. Students are entitled to ONE (1) MAKE-UP lesson per semester. In order to be eligible for a make-up lesson, lessons must be cancelled by notifying TADA before 8:00 AM the day of the lesson. Notification can be sent via email or phone (813-571-0901). Please Note: Last minute cancellations and no-shows will necessitate charging the full lesson fee and are NOT eligible for make-ups. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Withdrawals & Refunds: Thirty days notice is required to discontinue any lessons. Withdrawal must be done in person at the TADA office and will not be accepted over the phone, via email, or through discussions with a teacher. To withdraw from lessons, a parent must complete and sign a withdrawal form provided at the registration desk. Until a withdrawal form is completed, a parent is financially responsible for tuition. TADA reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without notice. In such a case, a refund for unused lessons will be given. Unused lessons are held as a credit to you account and are non-refundable.
